We are at Memorial Villages Farmers Market and Sterling’s Market every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Select products are also at Berings on Westheimer and Le Petite Market.

How do I heat the rolls?

Cover the rolls in foil and place them in a 325° oven for 10-15 minutes or until warm.

How long are your products good for?

All sweet rolls and dinner rolls are good on the counter for up to 3 days or frozen. Blueberry Rolls and Peach Cinnamon Rolls must be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen. Kolaches, sandwiches, chicken minis, pies, and quiches must be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen. All products can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do I need to thaw the rolls before heating?

No, all products can be heated while still frozen. The heating process may take longer if fully frozen. We recommend fully thawing our products before heating and serving.

How far in advance should I order?

Please give us a 24-hour notice before all orders are due. If ordering during the holiday season, please order as soon as possible, as orders will close once we hit capacity.
